Have you heard of the Race to Alaska? If you haven’t-your need to! Called “The America’s Cup for Dirtbags” this engineless and unsupported race is a grueling 750-mile journey from Port Townsend, Washington to Ketchikan, Alaska. Listen to a presentation by “UnSalted Nuts” team Captain-Heather Jankens a Northern Michigan based team that took on the race this year and finished! Pictures, video and some foul language is to be anticipated for this fun presentation at the Grand Traverse Yacht Club.
